At Shagun, we strive to ensure you love your fashion choices, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 14-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Shagun account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and all brand tags are included to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives your return, we will perform a quality inspection and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
